Центральная избирательная комиссия на основании результатов симуляции подсчета голосов избирателей на избирательном участке сделала вывод, что этот процесс после дня голосования 25 октября на местных выборах будет длительным.
В сообщила ЦИК в Facebook
"Подсчет голосов избирателей 25 октября станет серьезным испытанием для всех избирательных комиссий. Он будет длительным", - сообщили в ЦИК.
Отмечается, что определенные трудности возникли при заполнении протокола о подсчете голосов избирателей на избирательном участке. Так, внесение сведений - полных названий 15 местных организаций политических партий и ФИО кандидатов в депутаты (5 местных организаций партий по 7 кандидатов, 5 - по 9 кандидатов и 5 - по 12 кандидатов) в один экземпляр протокола "от руки" заняло 1 час 40 мин. Это при условии, что "секретарю комиссии" уже помогал другой "член комиссии" и диктовал ФИО кандидатов.
Чтобы упростить процесс, ЦИК приняла постановление, согласно которому для уменьшения времени оформления протокола полные названия местных организаций партий и ФИО кандидатов будут напечатаны.
ЦИК просит членов комиссий придерживаться четкого алгоритма действий, чтобы подсчет голосов провести правильно и без осложнений.
