Глава самопровозглашенной "ЛНР" Игорь Плотницкий назначил местные выборы глав городов и районов на 1 ноября

Об этом сообщает Эспрессо.TV 

В частности портал разместил заявление главаря "ЛНР", в котором Потницкий обвинил Киев в имитации выполнения минских соглашений и подчеркнул, что сейчас особый статус "ЛНР" до сих пор не определен.

"Мы начинаем в одностороннем порядке реализацию минских соглашений в части проведения местных выборов в "ЛНР". Назначаю проведение выборов глав городов и районов в "Луганской народной республике" на 1 ноября 2015 года", - заявил он.

Также Плотницкий распорядился обеспечить все условия для работы международных наблюдателей.

Напомним, в еще одной "республике" - "ДНР" местные выборы состоятся 18 октября.

Такие заявления боевиков стали реакцией на информацию из Банковой. Президент Петр Поршенко во время визита в Донецкую область сообщил, что местные выборы, на подконтрольной территории Украине, пройдут 25 октября.
