Коммунистические партии не имеют права участвовать в местных выборах.

Об этом журналистам сказал министр юстиции Павел Петренко, сообщает Укринформ.

«Относительно трех коммунистических партий («Коммунистическая партия Украины», «Коммунистическая партия Украины обновленная»,«Коммунистическая партия рабочих и крестьян»- ред.) Было принято решение о том, что они не соответствуют требованиям законов о декоммунизации. Последствиями этого решения является то, что эти партии не могут быть субъектами избирательного процесса», - сказал министр.

Петренко отметил, что согласно с пакетом законов о декоммунизации, коммунистические партии, а также партии, которые поддерживают нацистскую и коммунистическую идеологию, не могут быть субъектами политического и избирательного процесса в Украине.
