Назвали чотирьох переможниць конкурсу - міс Вода, міс Повітря, міс Вогонь та міс Земля — найпочесніший титул. Вручення нагород відбулося у в'єтнамському Хошиміні.

Титул міс Повітря здобула філіппінка Ільяна Адуана, міс Вогонь — Кора Бліалулт із Тайланду. Міс Водою стала в'єтнамка До Тхі Лан Ань.

Міжнародний конкурс "Міс Земля" проводиться щорічно з 2001 року. Проєкт виступає за збереження природи, екологічну обізнаність та соціальну відповідальність. Він вважається одним з найпрестижніших конкурсів краси.
