Премьер-министр Армении Никол Пашинян предлагает провести досрочные парламентские выборы в 2021 году. Но для этого нужно договориться с оппозицией.
Об этом он заявил в парламенте в ходе часа вопросов к правительству, передает armeniasputnik.am.
"Мы рассматриваем выборы как средство восстановления общественной солидарности. И выборы - механизм решения этого вопроса, возможность для народа выразиться. Чтобы выразить мнение могли не только те наши граждане, у которых есть время для участия в правительственных или оппозиционных митингах, но и все", - подчеркнул Пашинян.
Он добавил, что власть будет гарантом того, что выборы пройдут свободными, прозрачными и честными.
Напомним, политический кризис в Армении разразился с новой силой после того, как высшие военные офицеры призвали Пашиняна уйти в отставку, что тот расценил как попытку переворота. В ответ премьер инициировал увольнение начальника Генштаба армии Армении, но президент страны уже два раза отклонил запрос Пашиняна.
