Спикер Верховной Рады Андрей Парубий просит президента Петра Порошенко внести новое представление о назначении членов Центральной избирательной комиссии.

"Я буду сегодня обращаться к президенту Украины с предложением перевнести представление относительно членов Центральной избирательной комиссии, проведя предварительно консультации с лидерами фракций, для того чтобы мы смогли прийти к решению, которое позволит нам избрать новый состав ЦИК", - сказал Парубий на заседании согласительного совета руководителей фракций, комитетов и групп парламента в понедельник, передает "Интерфакс-Украина".

Спикер парламента подчеркнул, что вопрос назначения членов ЦИК затянулся.

"Так выглядит сейчас, что представление, которое было направлено в Верховную Раду, на сегодня не имеет достаточного количества голосов для принятия. Как я уже неоднократно говорил, мы можем уволить старый состав ЦИК и не назначить новый, и возникнет правовой вакуум", - отметил он.

Напомним, что у 12 из 15 членов ЦИК семилетний срок полномочий закончился еще 1 июня 2014 года, но они продолжают выполнять свои обязанности. Спустя два года Порошенко предложил Раде уволить 12 членов ЦИК и назначить 11 новых. Впрочем, этот проект постановления так и не был рассмотрен в парламенте. В коалиции поясняют, что предложенные кандидатуры не наберут достаточного количества голосов в сессионном зале.
