Парламент рассмотрит Избирательный кодекс на этой пленарной неделе. Об этом заявил представитель президента в Верховной раде Руслан Стефанчук, передает корреспондент РБК-Украина.

По его словам, Рада должна рассмотреть еще два закона, которые ранее были ветированы президентом Владимиром Зеленским.

"На этой неделе запланировано три законопроекта, по которым было наложено президентское вето. Это вопрос Избирательного кодекса, это вопрос закона о ВСК, это вопрос закона о "Пласте"... Надеюсь, комитеты правильно отработали в этом направлении. Потому что президент готов подписать все эти законопроекты, если учтены его замечания", - заявил Стефанчук.

Напомним, 5 декабря Верховная рада Украины отложила рассмотрение Избирательного кодекса с предложениями президента Владимира Зеленского. Спикер ВР Дмитрий Разумков при этом не уточнил, когда состоится рассмотрение. Вопрос рассмотрения кодекса стоял первым в повестке дня.

Как писало РБК-Украина, в Верховной раде создадут рабочую группу, чтобы привести в соответствие предложения президента и конечный текст Избирательного кодекса.

Добавим также, замглавы парламентского комитета по вопросам организации государственной власти Александр Качура рассказал, что новый Избирательный кодекс с замечаниями президента будет принят до конца 2019 года.
