Президент Володимир Зеленський призначив Максима Донця заступником начальника Управління - начальником Служби безпеки президента. Про це йдеться в указі №337/2019.

"Призначити Донця Максима Андрійовича заступником начальника Управління - начальником Служби безпеки Президента України Управління державної охорони України", - зазначається у документі. ЗМІ та журналісти, зокрема розслідувач Михайло Ткач, називає Донця багаторічним особистим охоронцем олігарха Ігоря Коломойського.

Крім того, Донець був помічений разом із Ігорем Палицею.

Також указом №336/2019 Зеленський призначив Вячеслава Штучного першим заступником начальника Управління державної охорони України.
