Досудовим розслідуванням зібрано достатньо доказів, якими підтверджено оригінальність "амбарної книги" Партії регіонів, переданої Віктором Трепаком до НАБУ.
Про це йдеться в повідомленні, опублікованому на сайті НАБУ в суботу.
"Крім того, слід зазначити, що на сьогодні досудовим розслідуванням зібрано достатньо доказів, якими підтверджено оригінальність "амбарної книги", переданої Віктором Трепаком до НАБУ", - йдеться в тексті.
В НАБУ заявили, що відповідно до експертизи, проведеної Державним науково-дослідним експертно-криміналістичним центром Міністерства внутрішніх справ України (ДНДЕКЦ), підписи та записи від імені голови ЦВК Михайла Охендовського у "амбарній книзі" належать саме йому.
Крім того, стверджують у НАБУ, про оригінальність "амбарної книги" свідчать висновки ряду інших почеркознавчих експертиз, які підтверджують оригінальність підписів ряду інших осіб, а також численні покази осіб, які особисто виконували записи та ставили підписи в "амбарній книзі" за отримання готівкових коштів у відповідних сумах та підтвердили вказаний факт.
