BMW возглавила рейтинг самых уважаемых корпораций мира, составленный консалтинговым агентством Reputation Institute,сообщает Корреспондент

Второе место в списке 100 компаний занял интернет-гигант Google, замыкает тройку лидеров еще один автоконцерн – Daimler.

В первой пятерке списка также Rolex и LEGO Group, а в топ-10 попали Walt Disney Company, Canon, Apple, Sony и Intel.

Исследование традиционно проводится в 15 крупнейших странах мира - Австралия, Бразилия, Канада, Китай, Франция, Германия, Индия, Италия, Япония, Мексика, Россия, Южная Корея, Испания, Великобритания и США.

Респондентам показывали список из 20 компаний и задавали вопрос, знакомы ли они с какой-либо из них. Далее их просили отметить те, про которые можно было бы сказать:

"Я доверяю этой компании", "Я восхищаюсь этой компанией и уважаю ее", "Эта компания вызывает у меня положительные эмоции" и "В целом у этой компании хорошая репутация".

Потребителей просили оценить компании по ряду параметров, среди которых инновации, качество товаров или услуг и другие.
