Гражданская сеть "Опора" потребовала президента и Верховную Раду обеспечить участие в новом составе ЦИКа депутатов всех парламентских фракций и заявила об отсутствии убедительных оснований для досрочного прекращения полномочий всего состава комиссии.

Об этом говорится в заявлении "Опоры".

Сеть попросила обеспечить участие депутатов на основе абсолютного или пропорционального равенства.

"Опора" подчеркнула, что необходимо также  отменить положения Закона о возможности досрочного прекращения полномочий всего состава ЦИКа.

В сообщении также сказано, что в случае дальнейшего бездействия Рады и президента по совершенствованию законодательства о ЦИКе, Украину ожидают новые политические отставки ее членов.

Напомним, сегодня, 13 сентября Верховная Рада распустила Центральную избирательную комиссию.

За это решение в целом проголосовал 341 депутат при 300 минимально необходимых. Проголосовали "за" 244 членов фракции "Слуга народа", 33 членов ОПЗЖ, 20 членов "Батькивщины", 15 представителей группы "За будущее" и 29 внефракционных депутатов. "Голос" и "Европейская солидарность" не поддержали роспуск ЦИК.

Часами позже, глава фракции "Слуга народа" Давид Арахамия заявил, что у фракции у есть 35 претендентов на должности членов Центральной избирательной комиссии, однако шорт-лист еще не сформирован.

Их имена Арахамия не озвучил, однако сказал, что среди кандидатов нет действующих нардепов.
