- Надавати методичну й іншу допомогу в роботі спостерігачів.
- Надавати методичну й іншу допомогу в підготовці до дня голосування: у наборі, навчанні й тестуванні спостерігачів тощо.
- Контролювати своєчасність та повноту внесення регулярних та оперативних звітів. За потреби, проводити перевірку та верифікацію звітів.
- Контролювати своєчасність та повноту написання регулярних та оперативних звітів і допомагати їх готувати для представлення.
- Долучитися до розробки звітних форм і навчальних матеріалів.
Вимоги до регіональних координаторів:
- Вік від 18 років.
- Безпартійність та політична незаангажованість.
- Неучасть у роботі політичних партій та кандидатів за останні 5 років.
- Досвід громадського спостереження за виборами в Україні не менше ніж в 3-х кампаніях і не нижче ніж на рівні координації роботи в області.
- Досвід з організації роботи в день голосування та управління спостерігачами на дільницях.
- Досвід з підготовки аналітичних документів.
- Досвід з роботи з даними в «Excel», «Libre Calc» чи «Google Sheets».
- Досвід з проведення навчань.
- Знання англійської мови буде перевагою.
«Опора» наголошує, що регіональним координатором не може бути: посадова особа органів виконавчої влади або суду, правоохоронних органів, органів місцевого самоврядування, військовослужбовець, особа, яка проходить альтернативну (невійськову) службу.
