Громадянська мережа ОПОРА не планує проводити класичне довготермінове та короткотермінове спостереження за повторними й проміжними місцевими виборами голів та депутатів в окремих населених пунктах деяких територіальних громад.

За інформацією Центральної виборчої комісії, наразі заплановані ще 174 повторних або проміжних місцевих виборів у 24 областях. Очікується ще 7 днів голосування – по три в січні та лютому, а також один у березні (17.01, 24.01, 31.01, 07.02, 14.02, 21.02 та 28.03).

Тож закликаємо місцевих мешканців громад бути уважними та проактивними – не залишатись осторонь виборчої кампанії у своїх населених пунктах та не боятись повідомляти про порушення виборчого законодавства правоохоронні органи за номером 102. А щоб запобігати здійсненню виборчих порушень кожен відповідальний громадянин може звернутись до будь-якої політичної партії чи кандидата та стати членом виборчої комісій або спостерігачем.

Натомість команда ОПОРИ вже почала роботу з напрацювання законодавчих пропозицій щодо внесення змін до Виборчого кодексу, аби максимально оперативно усунути ті недоліки, які були виявлені під час масштабного виборчого процесу на національному рівні.
