Электронная петиция о назначении председателя Одесской областной государственной администрации Михаила Саакашвили премьер-министром вчера набрала 25 000 подписей, и теперь направлена на рассмотрение Администрации Президента. Петиция была опубликована 1 сентября, таким образом, необходимое количество голосов за премьерство экс-президента Грузии в Украине удалось собрать всего за неделю,пишет AIN.ua

Напомним, согласно закону о внесении изменений в закон «Об обращениях граждан», электронная петиция, набравшая 25 000 подписей, должна быть рассмотрена не более чем через 10 дней с момента оглашения о взятии в работу. Для рассмотрения петиции создается специальная рабочая группа, по результатам деятельности которой разрабатывается решение по вопросу, поднятому в петиции.

Петиция озаглавлена так: «Требование назначить М.Саакашвили премьер-министром Украины». Согласно ст. 114 Конституции, премьер-министр назначается Верховной Радой по представлению Президента. При этом, ранее Саакашвили заявлял, что не претендует на должность премьер-министра.

Первой онлайн-петицией, которая собрала 25 000 подписей стало требование «Законодательно утвердить право граждан Украины на защиту», то есть легализировать владение огнестрельным оружием. Петиция передана на рассмотрение президента. Второй успешной петицией сталзапрос на «Упразднение растаможки и акцизного налога на импорт авто», которая набрала искомое количество подписей вчера. Данная петиция была запущена 29 августа.
