Высший хозяйственный суд Украины удовлетворил прошение об отмене постановления Киевского апелляционного хозяйственного суда, поданное "Новым каналом" и сегодня, 10 ноября, вынес в деле о проектах "Ревизор" и "Инспектор Фреймут" соответствующее решение. Таким образом, "1+1" согласно первому решению суда обязан приостановить производство и трансляцию "Инспектора", и выплатить "Новому каналу" компенсацию за нарушение авторских прав, передает Joinfo.ua со ссылкой на "Медианяню".

Телеканал "1+1" заявил через свою пресс-службу, что возмущен таким решением и намерен обжаловать его. Но любопытной показалась вот какая формулировка: "Телеканал "1+1" уверен, что ТОВ "Новый канал" в данном судебном процессе намерен присвоить себе формат телепроекта, что невозможно, согласно законодательству Украины".

Во-первых, формат телепроекта действительно был придуман, разработан, обкатан и даже продан заграницу "Новым каналом", так что присваивать что-то, что тебе и так принадлежит - нонсенс. Ну а заявление "1+1" о том, что в Украине существование формата телепроекта невозможно, удивляет - то есть все собственные разработки канала может свободно использовать любой желающий?

Кстати, премьера третьего сезона проекта "Инспектор Фреймут" состоится сегодня, 10 ноября, в 22:00. По информации "1+1", выпуск снимать с эфира они не собираются, хоть и проиграли судебное дело.
