Окупанти "ДНР" і "ЛНР" не виключають перенесення дати своїх незаконних "місцевих виборів", якщо до виборчого законодавства України будуть внесені відповідні поправки. Джерело в підгрупі з політичних питань контактної групи по Україні повідомило, що вже "підготовлено проект рішення", передає Інтерфакс.

"Перенесення дат виборів як у нас, так і в "ЛНР" не виключений", - повідомило джерело.

Окупанти поставили умови такого перенесення виборів, у першу чергу - "амністія для учасників подій в Донбасі".

"Крім того, чинне українське законодавство передбачає навіть при проведенні виборів за мажоритарною системі висування кандидатів лише від тих суб'єктів виборчого процесу, які офіційно зареєстровані в Україні. Дана норма блокує участь у місцевих виборах для висування кандидатів громадських об'єднань, що діють в Донецьку і Луганську ", - сказало джерело.

Як повідомлялося, президент Петро Порошенко 4 жовтня заявив, що президент Росії Володимир Путін на переговорах "нормандської четвірки" у Парижі пообіцяв сприяти скасуванню фейкових виборів окупованих регінах Донеччини і Луганщини.
