ДНР і ЛНР не є державами-членами ОБСЄ, тому організація не буде спостерігати за їх "виборами".

Місія бюро ОБСЄ з демократичних інститутів і прав людини (БДІПЛ ОБСЄ) не спостерігатиме за проведенням виборів у так званих Донецької та Луганської "народних республіках", так як вони не є державами-членами ОБСЄ. Про це заявила глава місії Тана де Зулуета, передає РБК.

"Ми працюємо на запрошення української влади з нашої власної методології. Один з принципів ОБСЄ: ми завжди працюємо на запрошення держави-члена ОБСЄ. Ми не можемо приймати запрошення якогось освіти, яка не є державою-членом ОБСЄ і не може забезпечити умови, про які я говорила", - заявила Тана де Зулуета.
