Розробники з Массачусетського технічного університету запустили соціальну мережу Koko, яка допомагає людям впоратися зі стресовими ситуаціями.

В описі Koko зазначено, що її місія  – допомогти людині зорієнтуватися і подивитися на проблему по-новому в момент, коли накриває хвиля відчаю або паніки, а власний мозок відмовляється працювати, як треба.

У додатку потрібно обрати категорію (школа, робота, стосунки, сім’я) і кількома реченнями описати свої переживання, а добрі незнайомці з інтернету напишуть слова підтримки і допоможуть поглянути на ситуацію під новим кутом. 

Користувачі можуть переглядати чужі запити, відповідати і писати коментарі або ж ігнорувати.

Зараз додаток доступний для скачування в App Store, користувачів Android просять почекати оновлення.
