На официальной странице украинского лидера экспресс-доставки в Instagram стартовал анимационный микро-сериал, посвященный приключениям бренд-персонажа — коробочки Бокси.

Бокси будет путешествовать, заводить друзей и вместе с этим рассказывать о продуктах и услугах "Новой Почты". В первых 5-секундных сериях Бокси отправляется на Буковель, катается там на велосипеде, вызывает курьера на дом и узнает детали программы лояльности,пишет mmr.ua

"Что будет с Бокси дальше, куда она поедет и чем будет заниматься — решать подписчикам нашей странички в Инстаграме, — говорит директор по маркетингу "Нова Пошта" Ирина Холод — Все зависит только от их фантазии и активности. Нам самим очень интересно, какие приключения ждут нашу коробочку и где она окажется через месяц".

Идея оживленного персонажа и первого украинского инстаграм-сериала принадлежит цифровому агентству Postmen, которое в мае начало реализацию обновленной SMM-стратегии компании "Нова пошта".

"Односторонние коммуникации в социальных медиа не работают. Пользователи хотят общаться, чувствовать свою значимость, быть частью процесса, а не просто наблюдателями. Они хотят создавать увлекательную историю вместе с брендом. А мы им в этом помогаем", — утверждает основатель и генеральный директор цифрового агентства Postmen Ярослав Ведмидь.
