Лідерка партії "Батьківщина" Юлія Тимошенко проголосувала на позачергових виборах до Верховної Ради у неділю, 21 липня.

"Я думаю, що наша команда, як ніхто, готова до дій. У нас є програма і стратегія розвитку України, і наша команда готова братися за роботу негайно", - заявила Тимошенко журналістам після голосування.

Однак, лідерка "Батьківщини" прямо не відповіла на питання, чи готова вона очолити український уряд. "Сьогодні ніхто не знає, хто буде майбутнім прем'єр-міністром", - зазначила Тимошенко.

Також Тимошенко розповіла, як можна закінчити військові дії на Донбасі, вона сказала: "Щоб закінчити війну на сході України треба, щоб українська влада в першу чергу не використала війну для заробляння грошей. Наша команда точно знає, що необхідно відновити переговорний процес в Будапештському форматі".
