За словами видавця Енді Райта (Andy Wright), The New York Times Magazine навчає, надихає, розважає та допомагає мільйонам читачів бути ліпше поінформованими про світ.

«Ми справді щасливі, що робимо його навіть кращим», - сказав він під час презентації журналу.

Новий номер, що має 220 сторінок, стане найбільшим журналом в історії, зазначає The Huffington Post. Він включає 120 сторінок з рекламою, що є багатообіцяючим знаком, додає видання.

В останні місяці Енді Райт та головний редактор журналу Джейк Сільверстейн (Jake Silverstein) об’їхали десять міст: зустрічалися з рекламодавцями та просували свій продукт.

Раніше The New York Times заявила про плани скоротити більше ста своїх працівників.
