Суд оштрафував журнал The New Times і його головного редактора Євгенію Альбац через зловживання свободою масової інформації.
Про це повідомляє "Интерфакс".
Як зазначають в Пресненському суді Москви, видання порушило частину 2 статті 13.15 КоАП, через що юридична особа ТОВ "Нові часи" повинна заплатити 40 тисяч рублів, а інші 4 тисячі - редактор The New Times.
Адвокат Альбац має намір оскаржити таке рішення.
"Якщо я ненавиджу Гітлера, мені що, кожен раз при згадці про нього треба додавати, що він визнаний винним під час Нюрнберзького процесу? Ми не поширювали інформацію, тим більш позитивну, про "Правий сектор "(органзація, заборонена в Росії, - ред.), в матеріалі він був згаданий побіжно", - наголосив адвокат.
- Роскомнагляд порушив адміністративне провадження проти The New Times взимку 2016 року. Це сталося через те, що видання в одній з публікацій писало про "Правий сектор", але при цьому не вказало, що організація визнана в Росії екстремістською.
