Российский оппозиционер и создатель Фонда борьбы с коррупцией Алексей Навальный подал в Тверской суд административное исковое заявление. Об этом он сообщил на своем сайте.

Ответчиком в иске выступает президент Российской Федерации Путин Владимир Владимирович.

"Этот ответчик нарушил федеральный закон "О противодействии коррупции", причём нарушил его не как-то политически, и не в целом, а совершенно конкретно и лично. Потому я и прошу суд принудить его нарушения исправить", - заявляет Навальный.

Суть иска в том, что зять Путина Кирилл Шамалов при его помощи получил 1,75 миллиарда долларов госфинансирования по льготной ставке на проекты компании "Сибур" (акционером которой он является), но президент не сообщил о конфликте интересов при выдаче средств, как того требует закон.
