Представитель УФССП России по Москве Тимур Коробицын рассказал агентству, что «в Управлении Федеральной службы судебных приставов по Москве ведется исполнительное производство о взыскании солидарной задолженности с Алексея и Олега Навальных в размере более 4 млн 490 тыс. рублей в пользу ООО "Многопрофильная Процессинговая Компания"», сообщает Дождь

Адвокат Алексея Навального Вадим Кобзев рассказал в беседе с Дождем, что ему об этом запрете ничего не известно. 

«Я не исключаю, что в рамках производства по долгу МПК действительно приставами принята такая мера. Поскольку Навальный дважды судим условно, то в силу этих условных судимостей он в соответствии с законом и так не имеет права покидать территорию Российской Федерации», — рассказал адвокат. Также он добавил, что Навальному и так не выдается загранпаспорт. 

Еще один запрет Навальному на выезд за границу — это «как мертвому припарки», говорит Кобзев.
