Позачергові вибори міського голови Кривого Рогу, найімовірніше, відбудуться в березні 2022 року
Про це розповіла народна депутатка Євгенія Кравчук у коментарі Інтерфакс-Україна.
"За процедурою в жовтні це вже неможливо зробити, оскільки виборчий процес, стартує вже наприкінці серпня. Вибори призначаються через голосування у Верховній Раді, а до цього має бути виконана певна процедура - рішення міської ради Кривого Рогу, яка надсилає відповідно пакет документів до профільного комітету, потім це розглядає комітет і голосують народні депутати Тому, найімовірніше, перша дата, на яку можна призначити вибори, - це кінець березня наступного року - 27 березня", - сказала Кравчук.
Вона нагадала, що, відповідно до Виборчого кодексу, вибори відбуваються в останню неділю березня або в останню неділю жовтня.
