Наблюдательный совет при Национальной общественной телерадиокомпании Украины (НОТУ) будет создан до октября 2015 года. Об этом РБК-Украина сообщил председатель Государственного комитета телевидения и радиовещания Украины Олег Наливайко.

"Сама организационно-финансовая структура будет создаваться в несколько этапов. Первое - это Национальный совет же должен сформировать наблюдательный совет. За это время Гостелерадио создает ПАО ("НОТУ", - ред.) и тогда, думаю, предположительно будет месяца 3-4 на это идти, параллельно с наблюдательным советом и будем создавать ПАО... Это же нам надо будет сначала присоединить местные телекомпании - все ОГТРК, а это - провести надо аудит, много очень такой бухгалтерской, организационной работы", - отметил Наливайко.

По словам руководителя Госкомтелерадио, 100% акций ПАО "НОТУ" будет принадлежать государству.
