На выборах главы и Народного совета (парламента) самопровозглашенной Донецкой народной республики можно будет голосовать лицам, достигшим 16-летнего возраста, заявил "глава ЦИК" "ДНР" Роман Лягин,ппишет Риа Новости

"Мы позаимствовали эту норму после референдума в Шотландии. Мы посмотрели и нам понравилось. Люди в нашем регионе взрослеют рано, тем более сейчас ситуация особенная, военная. Мы строим новую республику, поэтому мы заинтересованы дать возможность голосовать молодежи", — сказал Лягин.
