У місті Українка, що на Київщині, на виборчих дільницях №320767, №320774, №320772, №320748 спостерігачі фіксують недостатнє забезпечення виборчих дільниць скриньками для голосування. На спецдільниці №320774 відсутні кабінки для голосування

Так, на дільниці №320767 (велика дільниця) наявні лише 2 стаціонарні та 1 переносна скриньки для голосування.

На дільниці №320772 (велика) - 4 стаціонарні скриньки. Однак відповідно до законодавства, на великих виборчих дільницях має бути щонайменше 6 стаціонарних скриньок для голосування.

На виборчій дільниці №320748 (середня) 3 стаціонарні скриньки. Поза тим відповідно до норм Виборчого кодексу України, середня дільниця має бути забезпечена щонайменше 4 стаціонарними скриньками для голосування.

На спецдільниці №320774, де до списків виборців включені лише 3 особи, стаціонарні скриньки та кабінки для голосування взагалі відсутні.
