В Житомирі у другому турі виборів міського голови переміг чинний перший заступник міського голови, кандидат від партії "Блок Петра Порошена "Солідарність" Сергій Сухомлин.

Як повідомили у Житомирській міській виборчій комісії, такими є попередні результати голосування за результатами обробки 100% протоколів з виборчих дільниць, пише УНІАН

За Сухомлина віддали свої голоси 31 637 виборців, а кандидата від ВО "Батьківщина" Любов Цимбалюк підтримали майже 25,7 тисячі осіб.

За інформацією МВК, явка виборців у Житомирі 15 листопада не перевищила 34%.

Також в комісії розповіли, що зараз вона обробляє протоколи обох районних виборчих комісій Житомира (Корольовської та Богунської) і веде підготовку до першої сесії міськради нового скликання, на якій оприлюднить остаточні результати голосування на виборах мера.

За даними ЦВК, в першому турі виборів мера Житомира, який відбувся 25 жовтня, Сухомлин отримав 21 253 голосів виборців (27,71%), а Цимбалюк - 19 582 (25,53%).
