Британська мережа фітнес-клубів David Lloyd Clubs випустила колекцію водонепроникного одягу «Swim Suit», призначену для гібридних працівників, які хочуть поєднувати оздоровлення та роботу, що підходить як для офісу, так і для басейну.

Виготовлений з гідрофобної, водонепроникної тканини, «Swim Suit» дозволяє працівникам легко пересуватися від столу до басейну і назад без жодних зусиль.

Колекція була створена у відповідь на відгуки учасників та результати опитувань, які висвітлили проблеми, пов’язані з тим, як вписати фізичні вправи в напружений робочий графік.

Нещодавнє опитування 2 000 британців показало, що майже половина офісних працівників пропускають фізичні вправи через зайнятість, проводячи в середньому чотири з половиною години на тиждень на нарадах і працюючи в середньому на три години більше, ніж передбачено контрактом.

Серед тих, кому вдається втиснути фізичні вправи, 18% роблять це під час обідньої перерви, а 40% відчувають провину за те, що займаються фізичними вправами в робочий час.
