Ситуація виникла на дільниці № 121 204, вул. Набережна Перемоги, 132, в Жовтневому районі міста.

Спостерігач від Громадянської мережі ОПОРА помітив, що виборець вийшов із кабінки без бюлетеня. Він швидко зреагував на проблему, зупинив порушника та склав акт.

Представники поліції, які чергують на дільниці, викликали оперативну групу. Спостерігач ОПОРИ надав правоохоронцям пояснення та написав заяву щодо порушення виборчого законодавства.
