У Львові секретарка дільничної виборчої комісії (ДВК) викреслила ручкою зі списку трьох осіб, які мали б голосувати на дільниці на виборах міського голови. 

Про це повідомляє Громадянська мережа ОПОРА. 

О 9:40 члени комісії повідомили спостерігачам ОПОРИ, що комісія №462083 отримала повідомлення з Державного реєстру виборців про вилучення цих виборців.

Згідно з частиною 1 статті 44 Виборчого кодексу України зміни до уточненого списку виборців вносить голова або заступник голови та секретар дільничної виборчої комісії на підставі рішення суду, повідомлень органу ведення Державного реєстру виборців щодо усунення кратного включення виборця до списку виборців на цій виборчій дільниці. Такі зміни можуть бути внесені до 18:00 останньої суботи перед днем голосування.
