Во время местных выборов кандидаты в депутаты и политические партии могут начать действовать не так, как должны. Вместо обсуждения работы местной власти при условиях децентрализации, политики будут обсуждать назначения префектов. Об этом политолог Владимир Фесенко заявил в прямом эфире "Свободы слова" в понедельник, 20 июля.
"Меня беспокоит не столько качество избирательного закона. Он несовершенен, это очевидно. Я боюсь, что на местных выборах кандидаты в депутаты и политические партии будут обсуждать не то, как работать общинам и местной власти в условиях децентрализации. Нужно было бы обсуждать, какая финансовая модель, как будет община деньги зарабатывать в условиях децентрализации. Будут обсуждать префектов и кто их назначает - Президент или правительство, будут обсуждать Минские договоренности вместо того, чтобы обсуждать, как должна жить местная община", - сказал он.
