В смт Краснореченське Кремінського району Луганської області в день голосування спостерігачі Громадянської мережі ОПОРА зафіксували агітаційні матеріали партії «Наш край» на території виборчої дільниці  № 440149.  

Зі слів голови комісії Олега Таценка, агітаційні матеріали партії «Наш Край» з'явились на території виборчої дільниці в п'ятницю, однак члени комісії не звернули на це увагу.

Агітаційні матеріали були видалені після зауважень громадських спостерігачів ОПОРИ.

Згідно з частиною 11 статті 60 Закону України "Про місцеві вибори" передвиборні агітаційні матеріали знімаються з 24 години останньої п'ятниці, що передує дню голосування, відповідними службами місцевих органів виконавчої влади та органів місцевого самоврядування. Відповідно до частини 12 цієї ж статті з часу припинення передвиборної агітації відповідно до цього Закону забороняються проведення агітаційних заходів, розповсюдження передвиборних агітаційних матеріалів у засобах масової інформації, демонстрація агітаційних фільмів чи кліпів, розповсюдження виборчих листівок, плакатів, інших друкованих агітаційних матеріалів чи друкованих видань, в яких розміщено матеріали передвиборної агітації, публічні заклики голосувати за чи не голосувати за кандидатів на відповідних місцевих виборах або публічна оцінка діяльності цих кандидатів.
