З нагоди Рожевого жовтня в центрі французького міста Луе в регіоні Сарта з’явилася оригінальна інсталяція — гірлянди з бюстгальтерів.
Ідея належить Анаель Паннар, менеджерці галантерейної крамниці Dé Fil & Couture, яка залучила місцевих жінок до доброї справи. Все почалося з простого заклику власниці магазину, яка попросила жінок Луе пожертвувати свої старі бюстгальтери. І реакція не забарилася: всього за кілька днів десятки бюстгальтерів були здані, утворивши вражаючу експозицію на головній вулиці міста.
Мета цієї ініціативи — нагадати про важливість скринінгу раку молочної залози. Щороку у Франції від цієї хвороби помирає понад 12 000 жінок, і такі ініціативи, як ця, покликані порушити мовчанку і спонукати людей до дій.
Гірлянди залишаться на місці до кінця місяця, але збір бюстгальтерів і символічних пожертвувань в розмірі одного євро триватиме до середини жовтня, а всі зібрані кошти підуть до асоціації La Coulanaise, яка підтримує боротьбу з раком молочної залози.
