У місті Українка Київської області на чотирьох виборчих дільницях виявили 22 виборчих бюлетеня, що мають ознаки підробки з позначками у вигляді друку дільничних виборчих комісій (ДВК).

 

Про це повідомляє громадянська мережа “Опора”.

Підроблені бюлетені виявили члени комісій при підрахунку голосів на вечірньому засіданні. На бюлетенях були друку ДВК і позначення в клітці у кандидата від “Європейської Солідарності” Олександра Туренко.

Також наголошується, що є ймовірність підробки самої друку ДВК.

Нагадаємо, відповідно до частини 2 статті 158-3 Кримінального кодексу України підробка або незаконне виготовлення виборчої документації і тому подібне караються позбавленням волі на строк від трьох до семи років з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади або займатися певною діяльністю на строк п’ять років.
