Колишній міністр закордонних справ Павло Клімкін вважає, що на даний момент немає умов для проведення виборів на тимчасово окупованих територіях.

Про це повідомляє  "LIGA.net".

"Вибори мають відбутися. Але вони можуть відбутися, коли будуть виконані всі умови з безпеки. І вибори повинні бути справжніми, вільними і чесними. Вони не можуть бути ідеальними, але мають бути організовані нашою ЦВК, політичні партії і наші ЗМІ повинні мати повний доступ, інакше це не вибори", - заявив дипломат.

За його словами, станом на зараз немає ні умов безпеки, ні умов для чесних і вільних виборів. "Немає ні того, ні іншого. Просто нуль", - зазначив Клімкін.

"Якщо ми погодимося, що цього не буде, то це буде інкорпорація Донбасу як "троянського коня" на умовах Путіна в Україні", - додав він.
