Об этом сообщила пресс-служба Черкасской облгосадминистрации (ОГА), ссылаясь на Черкасскую городскую территориальную избирательную комиссию, пишут

За такое решение проголосовали 10 из 18 членов комиссии.
«Выборы городского головы прошли легитимно и без нарушений. Комиссия установила результаты на основе протоколов Сосновского и Приднепровского избирательных комиссий, за исключением 5 участков, итоги голосования на которых были ранее отменены. Комиссией принято законное решение, согласно нему лидирует Сергей Одарич, который набрал более 50 тысяч голосов жителей города, Анатолий Бондаренко - более 30 тысяч, Николай Булатецкий - более 14 тысяч», - сообщил глава Черкасского теризбиркома Константин Иванов.
Напомним, мэр Черкасс Сергей Одарич был отстранен от занимаемой должности 24 апреля 2013 года в результате соответствующего голосования Черкасского горсовета. 29 апреля Одарич оспорил досрочное прекращение мэрских полномочий, направив иск в Сосновский райсуд, однако суд принял решение не в его пользу.
