Режиссер картины Сергей Лозница получил гран-при во вторник, 6 октября, вместе с денежной премией в размере 2 500 евро.

Кинолента показывает революционные события в Киеве в спокойных крупных планах без комментариев, заявлений или оценочных суждений - кадры с развевающимися флагами, горящими баррикадами и безоружными людьми говорят сами за себя, говорится в обосновании жюри.

Фильм о событиях на Украине впервые был показан в мае 2014 года на Международном кинофестивале в Каннах. Его автор, режиссер Сергей Лозница, родившийся в Беларуси и выросший в Украине, с 2001 года живет и работает в Германии.
