Білорусь готова провести дострокові президентські вибори за умови, якщо такий же процес проходитиме в США. Про це Олександр Лукашенко заявив у п'ятницю, 7 травня, пише  Sputnik Біларусь.

 
"Я за. Публічно про це говорю. Я за вибори, яких вони (західні країни, - ред.) вимагають. Я переживу все, переступлю через те, що ми незалежні, суверенні. Я готовий. Паралельно з американцями. Американці нехай призначають дострокові вибори, і ми в цей же день призначимо в Білорусі вибори", - сказав білоруський політик.
 
Лукашенко зазначив, що в США голосування частково проводилося поштою. Бюлетені з підписами за Дональда Трампа нібито викидалися в урни, і це, за словами політика, показували всі світові ЗМІ.
 
"Вони витерли ноги об чинного Президента. Вони досі йому в цьому Twitter не дають слова сказати. Вони тоді його заблокували. Який же доступ до засобів масової інформації?" - зазначив Лукашенко.
 
Нещодавно стало відомо, що в Німеччині просять порушити справу проти Лукашенка. У Генпрокуратуру німецького міста Карлсруе звернулися чотири берлінських адвокати, вимагавши порушити справу проти Олександра Лукашенка і співробітників білоруських правоохоронних органів. Адвокати представляють інтереси 10 білорусів.
