Обидві компанії підписали хартію, відповідно до якої вони не повинні брати на роботу жінок з "нульовим" розміром одягу - менше, ніж XS і і чоловіків з розміром одягу менше, ніж S.

Відповідно, із худими моделями не будуть працювати модні бренди Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci і Balenciaga.

Крім того, хартія забороняє працевлаштовувати підлітків молодше 16 років для демонстрації одягу для дорослих, а підлітків до 18 років - працювати в нічний і вечірній час.

У звичайний час їх повинен супроводжувати офіційний представник агентства, а для зйомок в оголеному вигляді потрібна згода моделі та її законного представника.

Компанії пообіцяли забезпечити особистий простір для моделей під час переодягання, куди не будуть допускати людей, які не мають відношення до зйомок, показу або компанії.

Крім того, в приміщеннях, де працюють моделі, повинна буде підтримуватися нормальна температура, яка не зашкодить їхньому здоров'ю.

Обидві компанії заявили, що працюватимуть тільки з тими моделями, які нададуть медичний висновок про хороший стан здоров'я.
