Сватівська міська виборча комісія при затвердженні тексту виборчих бюлетенів припустилася грубої помилки. Комісія у разі, якщо партія не висувала в окрузі кандидата, не включала цю партію у бюлетень по відповідному окрузі. Відповідно виборці в таких округах не зможуть проголосувати за місцеві організації партій і останні не дорахуються голосів, повыдомляють у КВУ.

В даному випадку в місцевих організацій партій є всі підстави оскаржувати результати виборів, оскільки було грубо порушено виборче законодавство.

В ОПОРі повідомляють, що 25 червня о 15 годині Сватівська міська виборча комісія на своєму засіданні  визнала вибори до Сватівської міської ради недійсними та встановила, що помилки при друку бюлетеней  були зроблені з вини членів місцевої  виборчої комісії.. 

У той же час на виборчих дільницях триває голосування, під час якого виборцям видають бюлетені на виборах до Сватівської міської ради.
