Комітет виборців України має всі підстави вважати результати виборів міського голови Кривого Рогу сфальсифікованими.

Але іншого виходу окрім як іти до суду з добре підготовленою доказовою базою - немає. Про це в ефірі "5 каналу" заявив голова Комітету виборців України Олексій Кошель.

"Наша організація звинувачувала ЦВК в прямому порушенні виборчого законодавства, але зараз розпуск ЦВК, оновлення ЦВК - це не вихід із ситуації, це не відповідь на питання Кривого Рогу. На жаль, у правовій площині іншого виходу, аніж іти до суду відстоювати свої результати, на сьогодні немає. Лунають гарні тези про третій тур, але юридичних підстав для цього немає" – зазначив голова КВУ.

Нагадаємо, 22 листопада Дніпропетровський окружний адмінісуд не визнав вибори у Кривому Розі фальсифікованими.

За місце міського голови Кривого Рогу боролися Юрій Вілкул від Опозиційного блоку і Юрій Милобог від "Самопомочі". Територіальна виборча комісія визнала мером міста Юрія Вілкула. Його представники у суді факти фальсифікацій заперечують.
