Комітет виборців України в рамках проекту «Дослівно» оцінив продуктивність роботи народних депутатів України. Продуктивність визначалася як співвідношення кількості поданих проектів законів до прийнятих.
70 народних депутатів досі не стали авторами жодного прийнятого закону. При цьому окремі з них зареєстрували вже кілька десятків законопроектів. Серед ТОП-5 найменш продуктивних депутатів ВР VIII скликання – Євгеній Мураєв, Наталія Королевська, Юрій Солод, Олександр Вілкул та Дмитро Шпенов.
Так, позафракційний Євгеній Мураєв за 2,5 роки роботи ВРУ зареєстрував 121 безуспішних проектів законів, Наталія Королевська – 109 («Опозиційний блок»), Юрій Солод – 90 («Опозиційний блок»), Олександр Вілкул – 76 («Опозиційний блок»), Дмитро Шпенов – 76 проектів законів («Опозиційний блок»).
«Частина народних депутатів реєструють по кілька законопроектів щомісяця, але жоден із них не отримує підтримки парламенту. Як правило, це законопроекти на актуальну тематику, які є складовою піар-активності депутатів. Реєструючи десятки та сотні законопроектів, політики фактично піаряться перед виборцями на своїй «активності». Однак ККД роботи таких депутатів є нульовим, а значна частина законодавчих пропозицій – неякісними, про що свідчать негативні висновки профільного Комітету, Мінфіну та експертного управління ВРУ», – зазначив голова КВУ Олексій Кошель.
