Житель американского штата Калифорния разместил на крыше своего дома необычную инсталляцию — полсотни полноростовых манекенов человека, лежащих вокруг таблички «50 мертвых людей». Арт-объект призван помочь гражданам понять, через какой ужас прошли жертвы недавнего нападения на гей-клуб в Орландо, сообщает портал Towleroad.com.

«Я положил эти тела на крышу, чтобы проезжающие мимо увидели воочию, что это значит — 50 убитых человек», — пояснил он в интервью местному подразделению телеканала NBC.

Инсталляция называется «Никто не в безопасности» (No One Is Safe). Художник рассчитывает на то, что она поможет привлечь внимание к проблеме использования огнестрельного оружия гражданами США.

Трагедия в ночном гей-клубе в Орландо, штат Флорида, произошла в ночь на 12 июня. Омар Матин, вооруженный винтовкой и пистолетом, устроил стрельбу в помещении заведения. В результате погибли 50 человек, включая самого преступника, еще 53 получили ранения.

Ответственность за произошедшее взяла на себя запрещенная в России международная террористическая организация «Исламское государство».
