Голова партії "Західний вибір" Костянтин Боровий вважає, що кремлівська пропаганда є достатньо ефективною, оскільки за його даними, з мільйона росіян, які проживають у США, 50% "за Путіна". Про це він сказав на Форумі вільної Росії у Вільнюсі, повідомляє кореспондент Укрінформу.

"Тут доводилося чути, що "якщо російській владі дати три металеві кульки, то вона дві зламає, а третю втратить". Це наївно. Російська пропаганда працює ефективно та грамотно. У США проживає приблизно мільйон росіян. І приблизно половина з них "за Путіна" – завдяки пропаганді", - сказав Боровий.

У суботу у Вільнюсі закінчується Другий Форум вільної Росії (14-15 жовтня). Ключове завдання Форуму: формування інтелектуальної альтернативи путінському режиму як бази побудови нової країни. Перший Форум вільної Росії пройшов у березні також у Вільнюсі. Наступний, можливо відбудеться у Берліні
