Российский институт стратегических исследований (РИСИ) представил доклад «Зарубежные СМИ в 2015 году — антироссийский вектор», в котором ведущие средства массовой информации Великобритании, США, Германии и Франции включены в список изданий, наиболее агрессивно настроенных по отношению к России. Об этом сообщает корреспондент «Медузы», побывавший на презентации доклада, сообщает Медуза
Авторы доклада разработали «индекс агрессивности», рассчитанный путем деления числа негативных публикаций о России на число нейтральных материалов. Среди СМИ с наиболее высоким «индексом агрессивности» оказались немецкая Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, американские The New York Times и The Wall Street Journal, британские The Guardian, The Financial Times и «Би-би-си», французские Le Monde и Le Figaro.
В докладе говорится, что самыми антироссийскими являются средства массовой информации Чехии. Далее следуют Польша, Германия, Украина и США.
Российский институт стратегичеcких исследований был учрежден президентом РФ. Как
говорится на сайте института, его главная задача - информационное обеспечение администрации президента, аппарата правительства, Госдумы, Совета Федерации, Совета безопасности, министерств и ведомств. Институт занимается вопросами национальной безопасности и прогнозирует политические процессы, а также «противодействует фальсификации истории на постсоветском пространстве».
