Конституційний Суд визначив, що наступний президент, вибори якого призначені на 25 травня, буде мати 5-річний термін повноважень,повідомляють Українські новини.

"Суд уже виніс рішення по цій справі. Визначено, що наступний президент буде працювати п'ять років" .

При цьому джерело повідомило, що всі подробиці та юридичні нюанси цього рішення суду будуть оголошені 16 травня.

До суду ззвернувся 101 народний депутат щодо офіційного тлумачення положень ч. 1, 5 ст. 103 Конституції України у системному зв’язку з п. 16 розділу ХV "Перехідні положення" Конституції стосовно визначення строку повноважень президента, обраного на позачергових виборах, а також терміну проведення наступних чергових виборів президента.
