Виктор Колесник, Владимир Мойсик и Виктор Кривенко приняли присягу судей Конституционного суда в Верховной Раде на сегодняшнем заседании.

На церемонии присутствовали президент Украины Петр Порошенко, премьер-министр Украины Арсений Яценюк и глава Конституционного суда Украины Юрий Баулин, сообщает Интерфакс-Украина.

Как известно, Петр Порошенко 26 января подписал указ о назначении Виктора Колесника и Владимира Мойсика судьями Конституционного суда Украины.

Виктор Кривенко был избран судьей КС на XIII съезде судей Украины 13 декабря 2015 года. Его кандидатуру поддержали 253 делегата съезда. Он сменил по квоте съезда судей судью Василия Брынцева, уволенного 12 ноября

Колесник Виктор Павлович - заведующий отделом конституционно-правовых проблем государственного строительства Научно-исследовательского института государственного строительства и местного самоуправления Национальной академии правовых наук Украины, член-корреспондент Национальной академии правовых наук Украины, доктор юридических наук (2003), с 2004 гг. - профессор кафедры конституционного права Украины Национального юридического университета имени Ярослава Мудрого. Член Конституционной комиссии.

Мойсик Владимир Романович - кандидат юридических наук (2002). С 1983 по 1990 гг. работал судьей Железнодорожного районного суда Киева, с 1990 по 1995 гг. - судьей Киевского городского суда, с 1995 по 2006 гг. - Судьей Верховного Суда Украины.

Советник Президента Украины в 2005 - 2010 гг. Народный депутат Украины IV, V, VI созывов. Заслуженный юрист Украины (2003). Награжден орденом За заслуги III, II степени (2006, 2009).
