Парламентский комитет по свободе слова считает приоритетным запуск общественного вещания в Украине. Об этом на согласительном совете в Раде заявила замглавы комитета Виктория Сюмар, сообщила пресс-служба "Народного фронта".

"Есть огромная просьба к правительству учесть нормы закона о финансировании общественного вещания в программе действий правительства для того, чтобы мы наконец-то избавились инструмента государственного вещания", - сказала она.

Сюмар также попросила правительство предоставить положение о новом Министерстве информационной политики. "Чтобы мы могли снять негативный общественный резонанс, поскольку очень много вопросов остается внутри Украины, так и в международном сообществе", - подчеркнула депутат.

Она также утверждает, что общественность проявляет очень большое внимание к работе парламента, поэтому комитет по свободе слова предложил, чтобы каждый комитет обнародовал стенограммы своих заседаний.

Напомним, Кабмин создал Национальную общественную телерадиокомпанию на базе Первого национального, Национального радио, телеканалов УТР, "Культура" и региональных телекомпаний.

В законе "Об общественном телевидении и радиовещании" заложена норма о государственном финансировании из расчета не менее 0,2% от расходов общего фонда госбюджета за прошедший год. В 2014 году бюджет предусматривает расходы по общему фонду в размере 384,6 миллиарда гривен. То есть в 2015 году новый телеканал может рассчитывать на более чем 750 миллионов гривен.
